Contribute

If you have the time to devote to updating the web pages yourself you can opt to maintain the pages yourself using Contribute. Contribute is an off-the-shelf software package by Adobe Systems that lets you update the content of existing pages, add new pages and delete old pages without changing the look and feel of the overall website.

The retail price for a single license of Contribute is $149 and you can purchase it from us or any software retailer. To help you get started using Contribute we offer a three hour training class for $150 for up to three peope.

Maintenance Plan

If you have regular weekly of monthly updates our maintenance plan is for you. After we create an estimae on the cost, you can either pay as you go (billed monthly) or pre-purchase the maintenance for a quarter, with a 5% discount, or for a year, with a 10% discount.

With all maintenance plans you will receive a monthly statement and all maintenance requests will be completed within two business days or that update is free.

Self Maintenance

With the self maintenance option we will create a maintenance portal on your website where you can update the website information yourself. After you login you will be able to add, update and delete information. This option works well if your website information needs daily or weekly updates. The setup cost is more than the other two options, but can save you money over the long run.
